Legalization

Service time: Monday – Friday 14.00-16.00

Please note that an appointment is required for this type of service. You may make an appointment by sending an email to [email protected]. It is recommended that you state the following information therein: (1) preferred date and time; (2) number of documents; and  (3) document(s) details.

 

The Royal Thai Consulate-General, Qingdao, performs notarial services by certifying documents bearing the seals of  Foreign Affairs Offices of any city in Shandong Province of the People's Republic of China.

The Consulate-General assumes no responsibility for the contents of the documents submitted for legalization.

The Fee is 125 RMB for each seal (cash only).

Documents Required:

  • Application Form (download here)
  • Identity Card of the owner of documents
  • Original documents to be legalized, bearing the seal of the Chinese authorities as mentioned above
  • A photocopy of every page of the original documents to be legalized
  • If the documents are not submitted by the owner, a Power of Attorney and the owner’s Identity Card, as well as its copy, are to be submitted along with the application form
