Certification of Documents 领事认证
The Royal Thai Consulate-General, Qingdao provides certification of signatures of Foreign Affairs Office in Shandong province (and other foreign affairs offices in Shandong province which have been authorized by Thai Consulate-General). Please follow the instructions below:
1. The document owner should submit the application in person or through Shandong Province (and other foreign affairs offices in Shandong province which have been authorized by Thai Consulate-General). If the document owner is unable to do so, the Royal Thai Consulate requires an authorization letter for a person to apply on behalf of the document owner, as well as a photocopy of identity cards of the document owner and the applicant.
2. All documents must be translate into English or Thai and certified by Notary Public Office, and should be issued in China before being certified by Shandong Provincial Foreign Affairs Office/ Qingdao Municipal Foreign Affairs Office. If the document was issued outside of China, it must be firstly certified by the Embassy/Consulate of its country of origin, and then by the Shandong Provincial Foreign Affairs Office or Qingdao Municipal Foreign Affairs Office, before submitting to the Royal Thai Consulate-General.
3. The applicant has to fill in the application form before submitting the application to the Royal Thai Embassy. The form can be downloaded at http://www.thaiembassy.org/qingdao, or obtained at the Consular Section of the Consulate. Please bring the original document and its photocopy for the Consulate’s reference.
4. Submission time/ Collection time: 9.30 – 11.30 hrs. The Consulate reserves the right to process the document for 3 – 4 working days.
5. Fee 125 Yuan (per document)
